We currently ship orders across India.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days across India, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, incorrect address details, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct mobile number, address and pincode at checkout. If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect details, the customer may be responsible for forward and return shipping charges.

Failed Delivery / Refused Delivery
If a customer is unavailable to receive the order or cancels/refuses delivery at the time of delivery, applicable forward and return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, wrong or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
