Periwinckle sells fragrances and related perfume products. Product images, descriptions, notes and packaging details are shown as accurately as possible. Slight differences in colour, lighting, packaging appearance or screen display may occur.

Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where mentioned. We reserve the right to update prices, offers or product availability at any time before an order is placed.

Orders
Once an order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation. Periwinckle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, or incorrect customer information.

Shipping
Orders are shipped across India. Estimated delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on location and courier availability. Shipping delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect address details or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Replacements
Fragrances are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene standards. Damaged, defective, leaked or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Product Use and Safety
Perfumes are for external use only. Keep away from eyes, heat, fire, direct sunlight and children. Patch test is recommended before use. Stop use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual Property
All Periwinckle names, logos, product names, scent stories, images, packaging designs, website content and brand materials belong to Periwinckle Pvt. Ltd. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

User Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, contact number, address, pincode and payment details. Periwinckle is not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
